Stockholm, Sweden's capital city, is built on a series of islands between Lake Mälaren and the Baltic Sea.  Stockholm has all the attractions of a big city, but only one and a half million people live in the greater metro area, compared with about 8 million in the greater Chicago area.  That's almost the entire population of all of Sweden.  Hmmm, I think our family might need to immigrate in reverse and help out our density-challenged kin.
